Founded in 2020, Whitmer’s Property Maintenance began as a small, locally owned business focused on providing high-quality residential lawn care. Our journey started with a passion for making lawns beautiful and quickly grew as customer demand led us to expand our services. Today, we offer a full range of property maintenance, landscaping, tree removal, and land management services for both residential and commercial clients.

Based in Plant City and proudly serving the surrounding area, we’re committed to our community. As lifelong locals, both of us were born and raised in the area, giving us a deep connection to the landscapes and people we serve. Our family of five includes our three young daughters and a black Labrador we affectionately call our “son.” Balancing family life with our business, we’re dedicated to providing reliable, personalized property care that treats every client's home or business as if it were our own.

Jeremy, who brings a love for the outdoors into our work, enjoys hunting, fishing, and continually expanding his knowledge through his favorite teacher- YouTube! Kelsey, a registered nurse, is passionate about caring for others both at work and at home, where she loves reading and spending time with their girls. Together, we understand the importance of trust, quality, and service—values we bring to every project. With each job, we aim to build lasting relationships with our clients, helping our neighbors enjoy beautiful, safe, and well-maintained properties year-round.
